Courses and exams
An online course gives you access to its lessons for 24 months from purchase. Theory exams may be taken up to three times in any 24 hours.
Practical training is booked and paid for directly with a partner school, under that school's terms.
Certificates
Certificates are issued in the name on your account. Each certificate has a unique number that anyone can verify on this website.
Payments
Prices are shown in Japanese yen and include consumption tax. Card payments are processed by Stripe; ISPA never sees or stores your full card number.
